Communication & Client Management Certificate Program Fees
This course teaches the fundamentals of finance and money management to
ensure students have a better understanding of the role money has in building personal and corporate wealth.
This course covers applied communications techniques that will serve the student in the process of securing employment and functioning within an organization. The focus is on creating and delivering documents and verbal presentations that effectively achieve the objective with target audiences from the HR department of a prospective employer to the customer in a retail environment to an organization’s corporate clients.
Customer service is, at its roots, a sales activity. This course teaches the fundamentals of sales, in particular the role of relationship selling within the context of delivering memorable and effective customer service
Effective communication is an integral part of customer relations. This course covers the principles of both formal and informal communication in the context of building customer relationships.
Customer relations support the overall branding and marketing thrust of a successful organization. This course provides an understanding of marketing basics to enable the graduate to contribute effectively to the implementation of the organization’s marketing vision.
This course covers the foundational principles for delivering quality customer service and provides an understanding of the role of customer service in the greater organizational environment and the function of individual employees within the customer service role.
*Strategic Marketing and Operational Customer Relations are additional modules available exclusively in the 24-week certificate pathway.

Admission Requirements
Applicants must provide previous academic achievement demonstrated through one of the following:
- Canadian Grade 12 Certificate, Diploma, or GED
- International Grade 12 or higher
English language proficiency is demonstrated through one of the following:
- IELTS minimum overall score of 5.5
- TOEFL IBT minimum overall score of 46
- CAEL minimum overall score of 40
- B2 First Exam (FCE) minimum overall score of 160 or "C"
- TOEIC minimum overall score of 785
- Completion of OIDI Pathway Level 5 from Oxford International
Alternatively, applicants who are able to demonstrate 2 years of consecutive full-time academic study where the language of instruction was English are exempt from supplying an English proficiency exam for admission into the OICC CMM Diploma program.
For International Students
International students enrolling in the 16-week or 24-week Communication & Client Management Certificate (academic training only) do not require a Study Permit to study in Canada.
Students who choose the 32-week option (16 weeks of academic training + 16 weeks of paid co-op work placement) must obtain a valid Study Permit, as this pathway includes a work-integrated learning component.

The Canadian government sets the rules for visa applications, acceptance, and costs. Because you’ll need to be in Canada at the start of your program, you should apply for a visa to study as soon as you can. If you are bringing family with you, they will likely need tourist visas.
Your visa determines when you can enter the country, how long you can stay after you graduate, and how many hours you can work while you’re in Canada. To support your visa application, we will issue you a formal Letter of Admission (LoA) and Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) showing that you intend to join Communication and Client Management Certificate program. OICC | Oxford International Career Colleges Vancouver campus is recognized as a Designated Learning Institute (DLI) and you should quote our DLI number of O19275179522 on your visa applications.
