Step 1: Choose Your Program
Explore our career college programs and choose the option that best matches your interests, career goals, and preferred location. OICC offers programs across fields including healthcare, early childhood education, business, hospitality, and client management. You can study at one of our OICC campuses in Halifax, Vancouver, or online and hybrid options, depending on the program you choose.
Step 2: Check Entry Requirements
Before you apply, make sure you understand the admission requirements for your chosen program. These vary by program and student type, but in general, students need to meet academic requirements, English language requirements, and program-specific requirements. Some programs may also require additional documents and experience.

Step 3: Pay application fee, submit documents & attend program interview
Pay your application fee, submit your documents and book your program interview (select programs)
Step 4: Pay initial tuition deposit & submit any missing documents
We will review your documents to ensure you have everything required to be accepted into the program
Step 5: Receive Letter of Admission and PAL
Receive your Letter of Admission (LOA) and Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL), which are required for international students to apply for visas
Step 6: Apply for your visas
Apply for your Study Permit and follow immigration lawyer advice (international students only)
Step 7: Welcome to OICC!

Domestic students may be able to access financial aid, scholarships, or tuition payment plan options depending on your program and province. Your team can help you understand your options and prepare for your application.
International students may need to provide additional documents as part of the admissions process, such as study permit-related information. International students may also be able to access scholarships or tuition payment plan options.
